Malts blended : Pilsen, Ruby, Crystal, Aroma, Chocolate and coffee barley malts


Hops blended: bittering hops (Brewers Gold) / flavoring hops (East Kent Golding)


Yeast: T58


Dosage upon bottling: 6 g/l of white sugar


On lees ageing: minimum of 6 to 8 weeks


Head: dense and ivory colored. Bubbles are delicate and persistent


Color: dark chocolate


Aromas: rich but not overwhelming, coffee, chocolate and red berries


Taste: dense and round with a long aftertaste


Service: to be enjoyed at around 8°c


Food pairing: foie gras, red meats and game, desserts
