Hops blended: flavoring hops (Aramis)


Yeast: Safbrew


Dosage upon bottling: 6 g/l of white sugar


On lees ageing: minimum of 6 to 8 weeks


Head: light and white. Bubbles are delicate and persistent


Color: golden hue


Aromas: floral notes


Taste: light and crisp with pronounced bitterness


Service: to be enjoyed at around 5°C


Food pairing: white meats, salmon, seafood, spicy dishes, desserts
